Iran's steel alloy exports grow 9% in 4 months

(Minews) - Export of the products of Iran's Steel Alloy Company has grown by more than 9% in the first four months of the current Iranian calendar year (starting on March 21) compared to the preceding year, according to the director of public relations department of the company.

Speaking to IRNA, Zia Hashemi said that during the mentioned period, more than 6,150 tons of the company's products worth $3.1 million were exported to foreign countries.

Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Czech Republic, Netherlands, South Korea and Afghanistan were the main destinations for Iranian steel alloy products, Hashemi said.

Iran's Steel Alloy Company is the biggest producer of steel alloy products in Iran and the Middle East and is one of the world's most modern steel alloy producers.
